Matlamat Program

Seiring dengan visi Pergas untuk melahirkan asatizah pakar yang berwibawa, Institut Pendidikan Islam Pergas (IPIP) komited untuk memperkasakan asatizah melalui  pelbagai strategi pembangunan profesional yang  berfokus kepada  peningkatan kualiti pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam pengajian Islam.

Latihan ini adalah anjuran IPIP dengan kerjasama Fakulti Sains Pendidikan dan Teknologi, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

  1. Tier 1 Asatizah who has obtained Sijil Lanjutan Pendidikan Asatizah

  2. Asatizah teaching in IPIP, who has obtained Sijil Lanjutan Pendidikan Asatizah 

  3. Open for Non-IPIP Asatizah (but priorities will be given to IPIP Asatizah)

Program Details

    • For those age 16 years and above.

    • No formal educational background required.

  • Kursus ini menggunakan kaedah pembelajaran teradun (blended learning) yang menggabungkan pengajian bersemuka dan dalam talian (online):

    Agihan Pembelajaran:

    • 50% pengajian bersemuka (face to face) dan 50% pengajian dalam talian (online).

    Format Pengajian:

    • Gabungan Pengajian Segerak (Synchronous) dan Tidak Segerak (Asynchronous).

    Komponen Pembelajaran:

    • Sesi Live & Aktiviti interaktif.

    • Rakaman Slaid & Tugasan.

  • Students are required to fulfill 75% of the attendance for all 4 modules.

    No examinations will be conducted.

  • Next Intake: April 2026

    Duration: 3 Months (Express) or 6 Months (Weekly)

  • ​Must be Asatizah Level 1.

  • Must have successfully completed the Asatizah Advanced Certificate of Education.

  • Open to IPIP Asatizah (preference given).

  • Open to non-IPIP Asatizah, subject to availability.

  • En. Shahrin Bin Hashim is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Education, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with over 23 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership. He specializes in a wide range of subjects including Philosophy of Education, Research Methodology, and Community-Based Learning. Recognized for his expertise in Service Learning and High-Impact Educational Practices, he has led workshops, delivered keynote speeches, and collaborated on sustainable community projects locally and internationally. En. Shahrin is actively involved in curriculum innovation and mentoring future educators, emphasizing experiential and reflective learning methods to foster holistic development.

  • PM Dr Noor Azean Binti Atan is a distinguished expert in Educational Technology and Multimedia, with a focus on authentic learning, visual thinking, online education, MOOCs, and STEM education. With extensive experience in modern teaching strategies and instructional design, she has led impactful training programs, including initiatives sponsored by the World Bank and Ministry of Education Malaysia. Dr. Noor Azean played a pivotal role in developing Malaysia MOOC (MyMOOC) courses and has conducted specialized training for international partners, including the Afghan Ministry of Higher Education. Her expertise spans ICTbased e-leadership, blended learning, and the integration of emerging technologies into education. An accomplished academic, she has authored numerous publications in Scopusand Web of Science-indexed journals, and her innovative contributions to elearning and STEM education have earned her multiple gold medals. Dr. Noor Azean is also an active member of the Malaysia Educational Technology Association and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

  • Dr Sanitah is an expert in Curriculum and Teaching, Educational Research, Higher Education and Internationalization. She earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Literature & Linguistics from the University of Science Malaysia. After completing her undergraduate studies, she enrolled at the University of Technology Malaysia to pursue a Master's degree in Curriculum & Teaching. Her passion for educational research then led her to earn a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Teaching from the same university. Following her doctoral studies, Dr Sanitah continued her career as an academic, where she held various academic positions and committees at different institutions, organizations and universities, both nationally and internationally. She has also served as a consultant and advisor to several educational institutions, including government agencies, schools, and universities. As an accomplished scholar, Dr Sanitah has a strong record of publishing research in journals and presenting her work at various conferences worldwide. She has received several awards and honors for her work and contributions. Her legacy as a scholar and educator continues to inspire the next generation of students and researchers.

  • Dr. Narina A. Samah is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). She holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Bristol, UK, and a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia. With over two decades of academic experience, Dr. Narina specializes in cognitive learning, critical reflection, metacognition, and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). Her research focuses on qualitative inquiry and cognitive aspects of education, including epistemic cognition and brain functional connectivity during learning. Dr. Narina has authored over 70 publications and led various research projects funded by esteemed grants. She is also an experienced trainer, having served as a facilitator for leadership programs under Malaysia’s Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT). Dr. Narina's teaching portfolio spans undergraduate and postgraduate courses, particularly in cognitive psychology, research methods, and educational psychology. Her dedication to enhancing learning processes and fostering reflective practices has made her a sought-after expert in her field.

  • Peserta perlu memenuhi syarat kehadiran sekurang-kurangnya 75% bagi keseluruhan program.

  • Asatizah dikehendaki melaksanakan tugasan yang selari dengan keperluan kompetensi.

  • Penyerahan tugasan mesti dilakukan mengikut tarikh yang telah ditetapkan.

Penganugerahan & Pensijilan

  • Para peserta yang berjaya memenuhi kehadiran & kredit penilaian yang minima akan menerima Sijil daripada UTM-IPIP.

  • Para peserta juga akan meraih kredit CPE sekiranya memenuhi kriteria kehadiran.
