Aktiviti utama kami merangkumi program pendidikan Islam, latihan, dan inisiatif khidmat masyarakat yang dianjurkan oleh pihak majlis.

Hari Orientasi Pelajar (HOPe):

Hari Orientasi Pelajar (HOPe) merupakan program di dalam satu hari untuk menyambut dan memperkenalkan pelajar baru berkenaan sistem pendidikan di IPIP. Diadakan dua kali setahun sebelum bermula pengajian. Program ini dianjurkan oleh jawatankuasa HOPe dan di bawah penyeliaan pihak IPIP. Matlamat Hari Orientasi Pelajar (HOPe) adalah: Untuk mendedahkan pelajar-pelajar mengikuti pendidikan Islam di IPIP Untuk mempamerkan imej cemerlang pelajar IPIP kepada orang ramai Untuk membentuk belia yang menjadi pemimpin agama pada masa akan datang Untuk mendedahkan pelajar kepada isu-isu global semasa yang berkaitan dengan Islam Untuk menyediakan pelajar dengan pengetahuan yang akan melengkapkan mereka untuk menjadi pendakwah Islam (Da’i). Sesi taaruf antara pelajar dilaksanakan dalam bentuk permainan agar pelajar diberi peluang berinteraksi dan mengukukuhkan ukhuwah antara mereka. Ucapan motivasi yang bertemakan Ilmu, Iman dan Amal juga akan disampaikan oleh asatizah. Ia bertujuan agar dapat membakar semangat para peserta di dalam menuntut ilmu sepanjang perjalanan di IPIP. Selain itu, perkongsian bersama asatizah IPIP berkenaan modul yang dipelajari turut dikongsikan.

Tadarus Al-Quran:

Tadarus al-Quran telah dimulakan pada tahun 2010. Ia merupakan program tahunan yang diadakan setiap hari Ahad pada bulan Ramadhan untuk pelajar IPIP dan orang awam. Ia terdiri daripada sesi tadarus al-Quran dan diakhiri dengan Majlis Khatam al-Quran. Para peserta akan dibentuk 5 hingga 10 kumpulan dengan seorang Pentasmi’ di dalam setiap kumpulan. Mereka akan membaca 10 juz pada setiap minggu sehingga melengkapkan keseluruhan al-Quran pada minggu ketiga. Majlis Khatam al-Quran akan diraikan dengan kehadiran para peserta IPIP, asatizah IPIP, alumni dan orang awam. Selepas setiap bacaan doa, sesi tazkirah berkaitan kepentingan membaca al-Quran dan mengkhatamnya turut dikongsikan. Matlamatnya adalah untuk memupuk ikatan antara pelajar IPIP, asatizah IPIP dan orang awam melalui pembacaan al-Quran.

Adopted Charity (AC)

Adopted Charity adalah satu program kemasyarakatan pada bulan Ramadan yang bermula pada tahun 2011 dan dianjurkan oleh Majlis Pelajar Pergas. Matlamat Adopted Charity adalah untuk memperkenalkan dakwah, mendekati dan mendidik anak remaja. Kami bekerjasama dengan komiti AC dari Pergas dan organisasi yang lain untuk menyemai nilai keluarga Islam.

Data Policy

IPIP By Pergas Pte Ltd ("IPIP") collects and uses personal data about staff, students, course applicants, and participants in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and other relevant laws in Singapore.


1) Notification


1.1 In the course of your dealings with IPIP, IPIP may be required to collect, use, and/or disclose personal data about you. This may arise when you register for, participate in, or attend any IPIP programme, course, seminar, workshop, or event, or in the course of IPIP providing educational and academic administration services to you.


1.2 Personal data means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organisation has or is likely to have access. Personal data may include personal information such as (but is not limited to) full name, NRIC, FIN or passport number, age, bank account or card details, residential address, mobile or residential telephone number, personal email address, academic background, and photographs or video images of an individual.


1.3 In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, IPIP seeks your acknowledgement of and agreement to the terms and conditions in relation to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data, as set out in this Policy.


2) Purpose

 

2.1 IPIP holds personal data on its students, course applicants, clients, and platform users. Data is collected and managed for the primary purpose of delivering educational courses, academic administration, fee processing, student support, and related operations.


2.2 The collected data is used to support the following purposes in connection with your queries, enrollment, or relationship with IPIP:

  • a) To process and attend to your applications, enrollments, and queries regarding educational programmes, courses, workshops, seminars, and ancillary student services offered by IPIP.

  • b) To manage academic administration, student records, attendance tracking, assessment evaluation, and certification issuance.

  • c) To process fee payments, GIRO deductions, card and PayNow transactions, and general financial administration.

  • d) To provide you with relevant information relating to the subjects, modules, or areas of academic interest indicated in your queries or registration.

  • e) To send you essential course updates, surveys, feedback forms, evaluation forms, and (where explicit consent has been provided) promotional materials and announcements on upcoming programmes or events.

  • f) Data is shared as necessary with third-party service providers to deliver extended educational, financial, and technical services. Examples include school management systems (e.g., AG Polytronics), payment gateways (e.g., HitPay), learning management systems, cloud infrastructure, email delivery platforms, and online ticketing systems.

  • g) During the course of your participation or attendance at classes, events, functions, or programme briefings organized or held by IPIP, photograph(s) or video image(s) of you may be recorded for academic, news, and publicity purposes relating to the legitimate interests of IPIP. By participating in or attending these events, you agree for IPIP to collect, use, reproduce, publish, adapt, or display the same across any medium or format.

3) Protection and Security


3.1 Your personal data is an amanah (trust) to IPIP.


3.2 IPIP deploys appropriate security arrangements and technological measures to safeguard and protect your personal data against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or leakage.


4) Access, Update, and Correction
 

4.1 You have the right to request access to, update, and/or correct any personal data provided by you and held by IPIP. IPIP requires verification of identity (such as an NRIC, FIN, or student ID card) to process such requests.


4.2 Upon reasonable and satisfied grounds, IPIP will make the appropriate corrections. Corrections will not be processed without proper identification verification.
